You are hereby invited to a special meeting for gate 5 & 6 residents, which will be convened on the following date:

TIME: Start time 17h30 pm
VENUE: Heuningwyser Street, Between gate 5 & 6

REPORT BACK ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION AND REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIVE CONDITIONS FROM TITLE DEED: PORTION 11, FARM SWARTKOP 383-JR AND PROPOSED TWONSHIP ESTABLISHMENT (BEHIND GATE 5 AND 6).
- RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING TRIBUNAL (MPT) TO BE HELD ON THE 6th NOVEMBER 2024 FROM 09:00am.
Further information regarding the process followed will be discussed at the residents meeting.
